ACCESSIBILITY

Accessibility Statement

Perunika should help people connect without creating unnecessary barriers.

Accessibility target

Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the public website and core app journeys. Verified conformance will be published after formal testing.

What we design for

Keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic structure, sufficient colour contrast, text resizing, screen-reader labels, image alternatives, captions, reduced motion, usable touch targets and clear error messages.

Activity and map alternatives

Routes, distance gaps and progress need text equivalents. Reactions and mascot states need accessible names so meaning never depends on colour or imagery alone.

Areas we continue to test

Complex gestures, live activity updates, video proof, maps, charts and third-party media require ongoing manual testing. Where something is not accessible, we aim to provide an alternative route or explanation.

Feedback and alternative formats

If you cannot access content or a feature, contact Perunika Support and include the page or feature, device, browser or app version, assistive technology and the format you need.

Keeping this statement current

We review this statement as the product changes and after significant accessibility testing. Audit details and review dates will be published as they are completed.

Complaints and escalation

If you are dissatisfied with our response, ask Perunika Support for an accessibility review. Applicable legal escalation routes will be listed for each launch market.
