You made five small moments together.
A new card is ready tomorrow.
How to play, in three steps.
- 1 Pick a mood. Playful, Warm, Show me your world or Surprise us. Surprise us picks a mixed five-round session for you.
- 2 Play five rounds. One card at a time. Answer, share the card with your partner, or mark a tiny challenge as done. Skip anything you do not fancy.
- 3 Keep one moment. At the end, keep the card that made you laugh most. Come back tomorrow for a new daily card.
Play together from different cities.
Long-distance couples do not need a heavy multiplayer game to feel close. What works is small, honest, quick. A Little Closer is a five-round mixed session: two playful Would-You-Rather rounds, one warm question, one tiny challenge and one final warm question. The round takes about ninety seconds. Both of you tap Share on the same card to see the same prompt at the same time.
Nothing here needs an install. Both of you open this page on your phone, pick a mood and go. When you want the same activity to keep counting for both of you — a run in different cities, a shared habit, a challenge you both finish — Perunika turns that into a private shared timeline you can keep after each round.

Frequently asked questions
-
What online games can long-distance couples actually play together?
The lightest ones work best: turn-based prompt games, Would-You-Rather questions, warm short-answer questions and simultaneous mini-missions. Perunika's A Little Closer game combines all three in one short five-round session — no download, no sign-up, and everything works on a phone screen.
-
Do we need to download anything to play?
No. A Little Closer runs entirely in your browser. Perunika is a separate iOS app you can install later if you want to keep your shared moments, photographs and completed challenges in one private timeline.
-
How do we play together from different cities?
Play the same round on both phones, or use the Share button on any card to send your partner the exact card you are on. The shared link opens the same card on their device — no account required.
-
What is Today's Card?
Today's Card is one card picked deterministically from the catalog for that calendar day. It is the same card for everyone on that day and refreshes at local midnight. Use it as a light daily ritual with your partner.
-
Does the game remember our progress?
An incomplete five-round session is remembered on the device you started it on, so a refresh does not lose the game. Anything you type into a private question is memory-only and never leaves your device — it is not shared, saved or included in Today's Card.
-
What can we do beyond the game?
Move to shared activity: start a Run for 30 Days challenge, build shared habits, or run together remotely with Apple Health.
Turn small moments into a shared week.
Perunika keeps the runs, rituals, challenges and photographs you actually finish — in a private timeline just for the two of you.
